We started Clarté Overseas in 2025 with one clear aim: make it easy for food businesses anywhere to buy dependable dehydrated ingredients from India. The country grows an extraordinary range of produce and botanicals, yet for an overseas buyer, finding a supplier who is consistent, compliant and genuinely easy to deal with is still surprisingly hard. Closing that gap is the whole reason we exist.
